After a long month of developing a scene for our No Man’s North demo, we have finally been able to implement the season changer engine.
Originally, the scene itself used Unity Gaia and real height maps taken from the Pacific North West. After some time, we can now change the seasons from summer to winter.
The reason this is an important step in development is because it allows us to create dynamic weather changes. With these changes, we can move onto creating a weather cycle that can change at any given moment.
